   I've been using Pele's Smokey Coffee Rub for more than three years now. It's great on anything on the grill.

   This is the third (fourth?) time I've bought Pele's Smoky Coffee Rub. I've "standardized" on it for lamb and beef, and - today - I'm trying it on chicken thighs. I've also given packets away to friends who cook. Don't be surprised if I buy more before the year is out.

   We use this as a base rub for smoking beef roasts and pork roasts and they are always so tasty. I love this rub.

   Whether on burgers, steak or roast, this is the best rub I have ever used on red meat! So flavorful!!!Aloha also has another delicious rub that I like to use on seafood and chicken called Pele's Fire. A little heat and a lot of flavor.Everything I have used from Aloha has been exceptional! Their online ordering system is also top-notch! Mahalo, Aloha!!!!

8. Versatile spice mixture

   I purchased the smallest amount of this spice mix to be sure I would like it and have tried it on several foods. It is delicious when put on mixed nuts and when I tried it as a rub on baby back spareribs it was outstanding and I thought I had come up with the best. I will definitely try this again.

   We buy this product in quantity. It makes a great gift and a great steak. Spicy-flavorful, not spicy-hot.

    We have used this product for guests and gotten rave reviews every time. Just ordered several packets to give as Christmas presents and hostess gifts. The flavor is distinctive and delicious!
