Shrimp & Chicken Kabobs
Shrimp & Chicken Tropical Kabobs (Serves 2)
Directions:
8 oz. Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless, Cut into 1 ½” Pieces
12 Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined and Butterflied
4 Tbsp. Aloha Lu`au BBQ Seasoning & Rub
4 Cherry Tomatoes
12 Pieces of Red or Yellow Bell Pepper 1” Squares
8 Large Pieces of Red Onion
8 Pieces Pineapple Cubes Approx. 1”
8 Pieces Zucchini Cubes Approx. 1”
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cups Jasmine or White Rice Cooked
8 Metal or Bamboo Skewers (Soak Bamboo in Water 1 hr Prior To Using)
Garnish: Pineapple Wedges
Directions:
Assemble Kabobs using two skewers for each. Coat Kabobs with Seasoning. Oil cooking surface, grill or broil. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
