Steak Fajitas (serves 2)
6 oz. Tri-tip steak
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 each red, yellow & green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 red onion
¼ cup sour cream in a small bowl
Salsa (add chopped pineapple, papaya or mango for a tropical salsa)
Garnish: olives, chopped cilantro, avocado
Coat steak with Aloha Prime Steak Seasoning & Rub
Sear on high heat to a rare temperature
Let steak rest for a few minutes
Slice into thin slices with the grain.
Sauté peppers & onions in olive oil 3-4 minutes
Add steak and cook for 1-2 minutes on high for a medium rare temperature.
Serve with tortillas, salsa, sour cream and garnishes.
